Group Fitness is an ongoing, year-round, 30 day training program guaranteed to be fun, interactive and produce life-changing, physique altering results.

The Work-Out

Through plyometrics, cardio drills, resistance training and abdominal/core training, EVERY workout is different to keep your body changing, prevent a plateau and maintain fun. Through the use of your own body weight, free weights, machines, bands and natural elements, this customized combination of exercises ensures maximum fat loss and muscle gain.

Group Fitness is an excellent primary way to get in shape or an ideal complement to your current fitness regimen resulting in your body soaring to higher heights which ultimately results in a total physique transformation.
