Beat the Winter Blues with Fitness

Winter's chill can bring the blues, but fitness can help! Exercise releases mood-boosting endorphins. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate activity most days. Find workouts you enjoy, from gym sessions to dance parties.  Get outside when you can for daylight exposure. Social workouts add fun and support. Fuel your body with nutritious foods and consider mind-body practices like yoga. Be kind to yourself and adjust goals as needed.  Don't hibernate this winter – get moving and feel better!
